The forms are automatically updated online beginning July 1. Hard copies are no longer provided but you can print copies from the online version without the "0's" in the fields by opening the "NO MATH" version.  Forms are offered to MEMBERS ONLY of the Idaho Association of REALTORS®.

ONLINE FORMS
You can fill out online forms over the web, print, save or email them! When forms are updated by the IAR, these forms will be automatically updated for you in this system. You will need Internet Explorer and Acrobat Reader version 6 or greater (both are free). To access the Online Forms, visit  http://www.formsrus.com/idaho.cfm. Use your First Name then a Space followed by your Last Name. The password is your NRDS number. If you don't know your NRDS# you can click on "My Login Failed" button on the login page.

HARDCOPY/PAPER:  As of July 1, 2010, IAR no longer provides hard copies of the IAR forms. You are highly encouraged to print copies from the online or desktop version to keep an original copy in your files or to carry with you for use if you wish.  You can print copies from the online version without the "0's" in the fields by opening the "NO MATH" version.
