LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Leadership development is an essential element in the process of improving our Association and profession. IAR administers its “Leadership Academy” every other year to identify emerging REALTOR® leaders in the state, encourage them with motivational activities, and assist in sharpening their leadership skills in the hope they will exert a strong positive influence on the future of the Association and profession.

A free NAR course called REALTORS® Excelling in Association Leadership provides association leadership training in six subjects, including budgeting, meeting management, governing documents, legal activities, real estate trends, and enhancing leadership skills.
IAR SCHOLARSHIP
The Idaho Association of REALTORS® wants to help you succeed. Helping to underwrite the cost of higher education for students from Idaho is a great way to positively impact both individuals and families here in our local communities. Our commitment to support higher education is at the heart of the Idaho Association of REALTORS®’ desire to make a difference.
This $750 higher education scholarship is awarded to a student in their second year or higher of college. High school seniors will be considered if there are no other applicants. Please click here for more information and to download the application.
