South District Vice President (2016-2017)

Marion Wadsworth

Marion Wadsworth was born and raised in the gorgeous mountains of Northern California. She had the fabulous opportunity to move to the beautiful state of Idaho in 1993 and was truly home. She got here as soon as she could.

Marion has a background in people and sales. The mother of 7 children, her life has been spent facilitating dreams coming true in big and little ways both professionally and personally. From Parent Teacher Organization President, to 4~H Leader, to making stacks of Pancakes in her kitchen for a household of boisterous teenagers, Marion is happiest being involved. All roads indeed lead home and in 2006 Marion found her professional passion and became a REALTOR.  Specializing in residential sales, Marion became a million dollar producer her first year with most of her business coming from referrals! She is known for loving Real Estate and even sold a house in Walmart while shopping in the frozen foods section!

Leadership positions at the local association level followed with all kinds of  opportunities to serve. As well as being a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Graduate Real Institute designation in 2013, member of the Idaho Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy 2014, Marion has the privilege of serving as the Mini Cassia Association of REALTORS President for 2014.

Some of Marion’s most favorite things to do are spending time with her children and grand angels in the great outdoors, lunch with friends, shopping for high heel shoes…and riding through the glorious Idaho countryside on her paint horse Blue.

Prior to real estate, Fitzgerald lived in Washington, D.C. where she worked in sales and marketing for Marriott International and a small consulting firm called McKinley Marketing. North District Vice President (2016)

Cindy Hunter

Cindy Hunter grew up experiencing life in New York, New Jersey, Texas and California with a love of exploring new places and all they had to offer. In 1996, Cindy and her husband Mike discovered beautiful North Idaho, realized it was everything they had dreamed of, and came "home."

Having always been a "people" person Cindy began her career in Human Resources. Years later, with the encouragement of many friends and family members in law enforcement she pursued an even more intensely people-oriented role as a 9-1-1 operator in Los Angeles, where she thrived for many years. Once she had found her home a new career as a REALTOR soon followed. The opportunity to help others find their dream homes has been a tremendous gift and Cindy recognized what a blessing it is to live and work in such a wonderful place.

Cindy is an Associate Broker and GRI with Century 21 Riverstone in Sandpoint, Idaho, actively specializing in Residential and Waterfront properties. She is currently serving as the Selkirk Association State Director and Selkirk MLS President. In 2007 Cindy began working on local association committees and is currently serving as Chairperson for both the RPAC and Contracts committees. 5 years ago that work generated a request for her to run for Treasurer. She did (serving 2 terms) and a new passion was ignited.

Since then that undeniable enthusiasm and commitment caused Cindy to pursue the opportunities of IAR Leadership Academy and she is a proud graduate of the Class of 2014. With the development of many invaluable relationships at the state leadership level she was given the privilege of serving as the North District Representative for the State Strategic Planning committee 2014-2015 and thus the ability to advocate for those members. She has also worked on the 2015 IAR Intellectual Property task force and is currently serving on the IAR Conference committee. A strong supporter of mediation instead of arbitration she received her accreditation as an NAR Certified Mediator in 2013. Cindy is an active supporter/donor for 2 favorite causes: RPAC and Habitat for Humanity.

That passionate personality carries over to her love of family (including the dogs), friends, all things outdoors - particularly time on their boat - football, good movies, good books, good music, great food and especially great laughs.
