La Dawn Anderst, Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the chief administrative officer of the association. La Dawn recommends and participates in formulating the association mission, goals, objectives, and related policies. Within that framework she organizes, coordinates, and manages association employees, programs, and activities. La Dawn works closely with the association President and elected leaders to ensure that the association's goals are achieved. She is responsible for the planning, implementation, administration and evaluation of all association operations, both internal and external, and state leadership programs. La Dawn also serves as the Professional Standards Administrator for several local Associations.

John Eaton, Government Affairs Director
The GAD advances the political agenda of the Association as outlined by the Board of Directors. John has administrative oversight of RPAC, including all reports to the Secretary of State and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). RPAC Fundraising and awards oversight, coordination of Idaho Federal Political Coordinator (FPC), Preparing “Calls to Action” as appropriate and in-state grassroots legislative and election coordination.

Jeni Hall, Events and Education Director
The Events & Education Director shall be responsible for site selection, implementation, and coordination of association meetings, special events, conferences, retreats and GRI education classes. Jeni's key event responsibilities are the Annual Conference, Leadership Summit, Executive Retreat, Board of Director meetings and Legislative Reception.
Mary Kjellander, Member Services Coordinator
Mary is responsible for maintaining membership records, dues, out of state forms users invoicing and payments, RPAC posting, general support for other staff and general secretarial duties.
Melissa Gray, Accounting and Forms Director
The Finance & Forms Director is responsible for the basic financial maintenance of the organization including financials, accounts payable, accounts receivable, report generation, assisting in the annual audit, etc. for IAR, RPAC and Region 12 (as needed). Melissa also acts as primary contact for the online forms vendor and addresses issues with online forms assisted by the Membership Services Coordinator.
Laura Parsons, Communications Director
The Communications Director conveys the IAR Brand reflecting core value distinction, observes and deduces member needs, conducts timely, relevant correspondence with members, monitors communication effectiveness and administers centralized systems to internal and external communications. Laura is responsible for maintaining communications between the Association, its members and the public through the IAR’s many platforms: IdahoRealtors.com, IdahoRPAC.com, e-Newsletter, President's e-Note, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
